Warren Equity Partners ('WEP') is a private equity firm that invests in small and middle market operating companies primarily in North America. WEP invests in established companies where additional capital and operating resources can accelerate growth, targeting products and services companies in the infrastructure, industrial, and building sectors. WEP invests in the form of buyouts, growth equity, and recapitalizations. WEP is primarily focused on products and services companies in the infrastructure, industrial, energy and building sectors, although we are open to investing in other industries where we have relationships with operating executivesWe are value-added investors with a strong emphasis on partnering with seasoned managers and operating executives. Importantly, we seek to generate return on investment through underlying growth and operating improvements in our portfolio companies, as opposed to financial engineering. We believe strongly that middle market companies are able to best achieve their growth potential with more conservative capital structures that do not employ aggressive leverage, giving our management teams freedom to operate and creating better alignment. Current Portfolio:Warren Equity Partners teamed up with Multifuels LP to form Multifuels Midstream Group. Warren Equity provided $20 million in funding to the company. Transaction closed in January 2016. Multifuels Midstream Group, based in Houston, TX, owns, operates and develops midstream projects in North America, with an emphasis on lateral distribution gas pipelines. These laterals transport natural gas from main lines to end users, such as utilities and petrochemical plants, under long-term contracts that are not exposed to fluctuations in the price of oil and gas.
