Farmer Brothers is a leading national coffee roaster, wholesaler and distributor of coffee, tea and culinary products. Our product lines incorporate organic, fair trade and sustainably produced coffee beans. The Company's portfolio features a wide range of coffees including Artisan Collection™, Metropolitan™, Superior®, Cain's™ and McGarvey®. With a full line of hot and iced teas, spices, mixes and coffee/tea brewing equipment, Farmer Brothers delivers comprehensive beverage planning services to its 65,000+ customers across the US. Our Company is a direct distributor to restaurants, hotels, casinos, offices, quick service restaurants ("QSR's"), convenience stores, healthcare facilities and other foodservice providers, as well as private brand retailers. To meet our customers'​ needs we carry hundreds of items including roasted coffee, liquid coffee, coffee related products such as coffee filters, sugar and creamers, assorted teas, cappuccino, cocoa, spices, gelatins and puddings, soup, salad dressings, pancake and biscuit mixes, and jellies and preserves. Approximately 50% of our total sales are from roasted coffee products. We distribute our products through direct and brokered sales, primarily through our "off-the-truck" distribution network, to our foodservice customers at their places of business. Our signature fleet of vehicles can be seen throughout the 48 contiguous United States. We also provide private brand specialty coffee programs to retailers through our independent, wholly-owned subsidiary, Coffee Bean International (CBI), one of the nation's leading specialty coffee roasters.
