Fashion Garments Co. Ltd (FGL) is one of the pioneering apparel exporters in Vietnam. Our mission is to be the most innovative, sustainable and socially responsible apparel manufacturer in Vietnam through our unique approach to customer service, manufacturing excellence and employee engagement. Established in 1994 with 100% foreign investment, we now have 4 manufacturing facilities spread across the Dong Nai province, one in Quang Nam and over 8400 employees in total. In 2014, we produced and shipped over 52.5 million garments to our valued customers. FGL is a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group of companies, Sri Lanka ( and LT apparel, USA. However, we consider ourselves a Vietnamese company through and through with 99% of our workforce being from the local marketplace. Our group also has manufacturing operations in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh with sourcing offices in China and Hong Kong.
