By accessing or using the www.getartra.com website, along with any related media, mobile apps, or connected platforms (collectively, the "Site"), you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms, you are prohibited from using the Site and should stop accessing it immediately.

Additional terms or conditions may apply and will be incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to modify these terms at our discretion, with changes effective upon posting. We will indicate updates by changing the "last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically, and continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of any changes.

Our services and content are intended for users aged 18 and older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to register or use the Site. Access to our Site from locations where use violates local laws is at your own discretion and responsibility.

Intellectual Property Rights

The content, including but not limited to code, databases, designs, text, and graphics, on the Site is owned or licensed by Artra LLC and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. The content and trademarks on the Site are provided "as is" for personal use only. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Site and download content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not explicitly granted remain reserved by Artra LLC.

User Representations

By using the Site, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to comply with these terms.

  • Your actions on the Site comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Fees and Payment

Some services on the Site may require payment. You agree to provide accurate and updated account information for all purchases, including email address and payment details. Payments are processed in U.S. Dollars, and applicable taxes may be added. Prices may change, and recurring charges will continue until canceled.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse orders. Refund policies are outlined under the cancellation terms.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges will be applied to your payment method on file.

Free Trials and Cancellations

New users may receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, access will require a subscription.

  • Monthly plans: Non-refundable.
  • Annual plans: Refundable within 24 hours of payment.

To cancel, email sales@getartra.com or cancel directly in your account's billing section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term. Additional services are non-refundable.

Software

If software is included with our services, its use will be governed by its End User License Agreement (EULA). If no EULA is provided, your license is non-exclusive and limited to personal use with our services. Software is provided "as is" without warranties. Redistribution or reverse engineering is prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Extract or compile Site data without written permission.
  • Use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes.
  • Circumvent security measures or disrupt the Site.
  • Use automated tools (e.g., bots or scrapers) to access the Site.
  • Mislead others or impersonate another user.
  • Harass, harm, or interfere with the operations or personnel of the Site.
  • Upload harmful materials, such as viruses or excessive spam.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in suspension or legal action.
