"Factors" lists what is hurting you most: a missing DKIM, SPF or DMARC record shows here first.
"DNS Settings" checks the three records on your sending domain. Add any missing record at your DNS host, then re-check.
"Domain Age" — new domains need warmup and low volume for the first weeks.
"Data Leaks" shows whether your address has appeared in known breaches, which raises spam-filter suspicion.
Click "Double check" to verify DKIM on a real email.
Send yourself a test email, open it, choose Show original, paste the source here and click Analyze.
"Blacklist" checks the major spam lists. If you are listed, pause sending and request delisting from the list’s site.
