Spread sends across several inboxes so each stays under its daily cap and your domain reputation holds.
Click "Settings" in the sidebar.
Scroll to "Sending Mailboxes". Each connected inbox is listed with its daily limit and health.
Click "Set up" next to Custom Email to add any SMTP/IMAP mailbox, or use the Gmail / Outlook switches above for OAuth.
