Text steps send from your Artra number once A2P registration is approved.
Open a sequence from "Sequences".
Click "Add step".
Choose "SMS". If it says "registration required", finish A2P 10DLC under Settings → Setup first.
Write the text. Keep it short, include who you are, and use {firstName}. Replies land in Message Center.
Click "Save Step".
