Where drafts wait, how to edit or regenerate, and how your edits teach the AI.
Open a sequence from "Sequences".
Click "Add step".
Choose "Email".
Tick "Require review before sending" on any AI step.
Drafts wait under "Review" in Message Center.
Open a draft: "Looks good" sends it, "Edit" changes it, and thumbs down regenerates. What you keep and what you change feeds your voice profile.
Settings → AI Training → "Learned from your feedback" lists the rules it picked up.
Remove any rule that is wrong.
Review and send what is queued
Message Center is where today's steps wait for your OK. Review, edit, start or reschedule them.
Handle replies
Every reply lands in Message Center with a sentiment tag and a suggested response you can edit and send.
Monitor your send queue
What "Not started", "Scheduled today", "Review" and "Flagged" mean, and the buttons on each group.

Send a text from a contact and see replies in Message Center.
