Subject, formatting, links and images, variables, AI help, and a test send to yourself.
Open a sequence from "Sequences".
Click "Add step".
Choose "Email".
Type the subject.
Bold, italic, underline, headings, lists, links and images are in the toolbar. Keep cold email mostly plain text.
"Variable" inserts a merge field.
"Insert AI Block" adds a sentence or paragraph the AI writes per contact inside your template.
"Require review before sending" holds each email for your OK in Message Center.
"Send Test to Me" emails you the step with your own details filled in.
Click "Save Step".
