AI steps are written when they come due, with the latest signals, and wait for review if you ask.
Open a sequence from "Sequences".
Click "Add step".
An "AI Email" step has nothing to write now: it is generated the day it is due.
The step shows "AI writes each email automatically". Research runs first, then the draft.
In "Scheduled today" the row says "Needs review" until the draft exists and you approve it, or "Scheduled" if the step sends on its own.
Drafts written today are under "Review".
