Record a video for one person, send it, and see views and watch time.
Open a contact.
Click "Video".
Write the subject and the text around the video.
Click "Create Task". The task opens the recorder when you are ready; the video uploads to your media library.
After it sends, the timeline logs each view with how long they watched.
Your recordings live under Settings → Media.
