Hold contacts, branch on outcomes, and chain steps for multi-touch plays.
Open the builder: Agents → "Create an agent".
Pick a template to start from, e.g. "Find & email new prospects".
"Wait" holds contacts for a number of days before the next step, e.g. after a connection request.
Combine "Split into branches" with "Start on an event" to react: replied → add to a sequence; no reply → wait, then a second touch.
Any step can come after any other; drag from a card’s "Connect" to draw the order.
"Validate" flags steps with no input or no settings before you run.
