Send a text from a contact and see replies in Message Center.
Open a contact.
Click "Text". It is greyed out until A2P registration is approved.
Write the message and send from your Artra number. Earlier texts with this person show in the same panel.
Inbound texts land in "Most recent replies" alongside email replies, tagged by sentiment.

Message Center is where today's steps wait for your OK. Review, edit, start or reschedule them.

Every reply lands in Message Center with a sentiment tag and a suggested response you can edit and send.
Monitor your send queue
What "Not started", "Scheduled today", "Review" and "Flagged" mean, and the buttons on each group.
