Quick dial any number or contact; calls log automatically with outcome, recording and notes.
Open "More → Calls" in the sidebar for call history and filters.
Click the phone button in the bottom-right to open the dialer.
Search a contact by name, company or phone — or type a number on the keypad.
"Prep" shows the contact's recent activity and notes before you dial; "Notes" and "Tasks" are there during the call.
Click the record icon to toggle recording and consent handling for this call.
Back on Calls, filter history by rep, outcome and date to review what happened.
