Record a short video and send it in the thread; opens and watch time are tracked.
Open a sequence from "Sequences".
Click "Add step".
Choose "Video Reply".
Write the subject and a line or two of text around the video.
The video itself is recorded when the step comes due, from the task in Message Center or the contact page, so each one can be personal.
Click "Save Step".
