Sequences are not only email. Mix in calls, LinkedIn touches, video replies, texts and manual tasks.
Open a sequence.
Click "Add step".
"Call" schedules a call task for the day it is due; it shows in Message Center and the dialer queue with the contact’s notes.
"LinkedIn Profile View", "Connection Request" and "Send Message" run through the Artra Chrome extension on your own LinkedIn account, within daily limits.
"Video Reply" records a short video and sends it in the same thread, with view tracking.
"Manual Email" and "Manual Email Reply" queue a draft you personalize yourself before it goes.
"SMS" needs A2P registration (Settings → Setup) first; until then it is greyed out.
